Frequently Asked Questions
Vendor & In-Kind Partnership FAQ
1. What is the difference between a paid vendor and an in-kind partner?
Paid vendors receive table space and direct access to attendees for sales, lead capture, and promotion.
In-kind partners contribute donated food, products, or services and receive recognition and promotional visibility based on the value of their contribution.
2. If I donate an item, does that include a vendor table?
No. In-kind donations do not automatically include vendor table space.
If you would like a table to sell or promote your business, you will need to register under one of our paid vendor tiers.
However, donation value may be applied toward a partial vendor credit if approved in advance.
3. What qualifies as an in-kind donation?
Examples include:
-
Food or beverage sponsorship
-
Gift cards or product bundles
-
Giveaway or raffle items
-
Professional service donations (e.g., coaching session, photoshoot, consultation)
-
Swag bag items
All donations must be approved prior to the event.
4. How is recognition determined for donated items?
Recognition is based on the estimated retail value of the donation and the overall contribution to the event.
Higher-value sponsorships may receive expanded social media features, stage acknowledgment, and email promotion.
5. Can I combine a donation with a vendor registration?
Yes. Vendors may choose to donate an additional item to increase visibility or enhance their promotional recognition.
In some cases, donation value may be applied as partial credit toward vendor registration.
6. Will I be able to collect leads if I donate?
Lead capture and direct sales are reserved for paid vendor tiers.
Select high-level in-kind sponsors (such as service-based experiences) may receive limited promotional mention, but table access is not included unless registered as a vendor.
7. How are vendors selected?
We curate our vendor partnerships intentionally to ensure alignment with the mission and values of The Remnant Collective.
We prioritize businesses that reflect integrity, excellence, and faith-centered leadership.
8. Is vendor space limited?
Yes. Vendor space is limited to preserve the atmosphere, flow, and quality of connection at each gathering. We encourage early registration to secure placement.
9. When is payment due?
Vendor payment is required at the time of registration to secure your space. In-kind donations must be confirmed and delivered by the agreed deadline prior to the event.
